Return Policy

We offer a no hassle 100% return policy on all of our items except items that have been sized, engraved, damaged or altered in anyway. No refund, exchange or credit can be given on custom made items. Items will only be accepted with all original documentation and materials in their original condition and with a proper approval code. International purchases are non-returnable.

We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return an item purchased for any reason, simply notify us by phone within 5 (five) days of receiving the merchandise. If you wish to return an item you must get approval from Masica Diamonds.com with the proper authorization code. All return items must be returned within 5 (five) days of approval. All items must be received in their original condition. Returns must be sent via USPS, insured by the shipper for the full value of the item with a return receipt requested. We charge a $30.00 restocking fee to cover our initial shipping/handling fees.
